29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b).    a) Located along the side garage area there is an employee walking the perimeter exterior stud wall top plate performing truss associated work and a second framer working from the side and rear area of the residential structure performing sheeting associated work. Both operations were observed performed without conventional fall protection or safe alternative methods from a fall protection plan and were exposed to fall potentials in excess of 15'
