Service Battery, Inc. - On or about August 10, 2011, the following areas in the facility showed accumulation of lead:    1. The lunch table for employees had an accumulation of 249.0 micrograms per 100 square centimeters of lead.    2. One of the desks in the main office (John) had an accumulation of 18.90 micrograms per 100 square centimeters of lead.
