29 CFR 1910.134(i)(5)(iv): The employer did not ensure that compressors used to supply breathing air to respirators had tags containing the most recent change date and the signature of the person authorized by the employer to perform the change: (a) A supplied air respirator was used by the worker who was performing abrasive blasting to remove corrosion from exterior metal window lintels. However, no tag was placed at the compressor, which was the source of breathing air, to show the date of the latest change of the in-line sorbent beds and filters .
