29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i) : Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one handrail: a) On or about August 2, 2011, and at times prior FCI Constructors Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that Bond Construction LLC, ar subcontractors, protect their employees from slips and trips while using the stairways (3) in that, handrails were not provided. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Sample Abatement-Certification Letter").
