29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): The depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts may not be less than indicated in Table S-1. Distances shall be measured from the live parts if they are exposed or from the enclosure front or opening if they are enclosed: Raddatz, LLC, doing business as Sunshine Family Laundry, and located at 3061 West Alexis Rd., Toledo, OH: On or about June 30, 2011, the employer failed to ensure a clearance of at least 3 feet in front of the electrical distribution panel (220 V, 3-Phase, 15 Amp) that was located behind Wascator washer machine # 22 (Type W-124, S/N 834/12273). No additional abatement information is needed for this item.
