29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts were not guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219: a) Rockwell Model 14 band saw #28-240 in the Dutch Shelf area was missing the cover guard on the side of the saw exposing the belt and pulley. b) Wood auger had an unguarded coupling and shaft in the boiler room. c) Drive unit for wood dust bin had an unguarded belt/pulley plus unguarded gears. Door was open to this area. d) Panel saw had an unguarded belt and pulley in the mineral core area.
