29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:\r\n(a)   Storage Locker Area:  A GE microwave, toaster over, 2 small refrigerators, Mr. Coffee coffee pot, and GE hotplate were plugged into relocatable power taps (RPTs), violating the power tap\'s UL listing and labeling which states:  RPT\'s are intended to provide outlet receptacles for computers, audio and video equipment and other low amperage equipment. \r\n(b)  Administrative Area:  A Patton heater was plugged into a relocatable power tap, violating the power tap\'s UL listing and labeling which states:  RPT\'s are intended to provide outlet receptacles for computers, audio and video equipment and other low amperage equipment.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): \r\n\r\nIf the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge is not immediately apparent, signs must be posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge. Additionally, the line-of-sight to an exit sign must clearly be visible at all times.\r\n\r\na)  Exit signs were not posted above doors which lead to the exit discharge door (door which leads directly to the outside).
