29 CFR 1910.24(f): The employer did not provide slip-resistant treads to fixed industrial stairs and the nosings were not of nonslip finish. Rise and height was not uniform throughout any flight of stairs inclduing the foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs:    a) Student Movers, 2424 Delgany Street, Denver, CO 80216:  On and before August 18, 2011 the employer did not provide slip-resistant treads to the fixed industrial stairs outside the exit door in the back of the warehouse. The rise and height was not uniiform on two of the steps and the foundation was deteriorated and broken off on the nose of the steps. This condition exposed employees to a slip, trip, and fall hazard.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
