The leg protection did not cover the full length of the thigh to the top of the boot on each leg to protect against contact with a moving chain saw. (a)Landing: On 08/16/2011 and at times prior thereto, the landing man did not wear chain saw chaps or other leg protecting equipment when operating a chainsaw.
