On or about August 18, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while performing asphalt patching operations in the eastbound lane of a two lane roadway. The employer did not conform with Part VI of the MUTCD Section 6F.20 in that signage warning approaching traffic of a one lane road ahead was not in place.
