On August 23, 2011 at a worksite located at 739 Roosevelt Road Building #8, Glen Ellyn IL. An employee was working on a commercial roof performing maintenance on an HVAC unit. The employee was standing on the edge of the building directing a crane with no means of fall protection. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard over 25 feet.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
