Employees were using cutting wheels that were manufactured by Bullard Abrasive, Inc. (rated at 13,300 maximum RPM) and Norton Gemini cutting wheels (rated at 19,100 maximum RPM) to cut nails off the wooden pallets.    No additional abatement information is needed for this item.
