1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) George's Roofing Inc. on or about August 23, 2011, at the address of 110 Moore Street, Avon Lake, OH: the employer did not assure employees were protected from falls while installing new roofing material to a low sloped roof on a commercial structure. The employees were exposed to a potential 14 foot fall to the ground below.
