29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1):     Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances shall be allowed for aisles,at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage must be made. Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repairs, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.    In the inventory management storage rack area, aisles 7, 8, the "Directs" aisle and the "unloading" aisle were blocked and obstructed by a variety of products. Due to this condition, employees accessing the product in the storage racks and in the aisles are exposed to a same level trip and/or fall hazard.      The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314927609, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on January 27, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Wal-Mart Store #0150, 3215 Williams Avenue, Woodward, Oklahoma.
