29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:\\r\\n\\r\\na) 7th Floor, Group 4 Intelligence; A Lasko fan was plugged into a relocatable power tap (RPT), violating the RPT\\\'s UL listing and labeling.\\r\\n\\r\\nb) 7th Floor, Group 4 Intelligence; A Cool Breeze fan was plugged into a brown extension cord which was plugged into a RPT, violating the RPT\\\'s UL listing and labeling.\\r\\n\\r\\nc) 7th Floor, Industries Operations; A Wexford fan was plugged into a RPT, violating the RPT\\\'s UL listing and labeling.\\r\\n\\r\\nd) 7th Floor, Divison Area Office: A RPT which powered computer equipment was plugged into another RPT, violating the RPT\\\'s UL listing and labeling. \\r\\n\\r\\nThe Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) Installation and Use, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314898644, citation number 2, item  number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on March 9, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Seattle WA.\\r\\n\\r\\nThe Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) Installation and Use, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309092351, citation number 1, item  number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on Setember 27, 2007 , with respect to a workplace located at Seattle WA.
