This condition exposed employees to the hazard of falling when ascending or descending a high point of access.    (b) Sun King Management Corporation @ 2569 Hwy 6 & 50, Grand Junction. CO.  On or before August 17, 2011, the employer did not ensure that each point(s) of access where the break of elevation was 30 inches at the stair scaffold tower that employees used to gain access to the roof top of the building under construction.  This condition exposed employees to the hazard of falling when ascending or descending a high point of access.
