29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) Located along the side or end of the hotel structure there was an employee observed working from a mobile self-supported tubular welded frame scaffolding system which was not folly planked in that the end frame platform was decked with only one 19" wide pic leaving an approximate 39" area unprotected exposing the employee to a fall potential in excess of 7'.
