On August 30, 2011 at a worksite located at 1518 Hill Ave, Wheaton IL. Employees were performing work on the roof with no means of fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 14.7 feet.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
