29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Trico Construction, LLC @ 1156 Paschal, Louisville, CO 80027: On and before August 13th, 2011, the controlling employer did not ensure that framing subcontractor employees engaged in framing activities on a 10-in-12 pitch roof on a single-story home, were utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet. Trico Construction was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313411647, Citation Number 1, Item 1 issued on July 30, 2009, and became Final Order on September 28, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 2737 White Wing, Johnstown, CO 80534.
