29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -(7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) Mill area by saturator had exposed chain and sprocket aproximately 3" from guard to inging nip point. b) Mill area near winder on backside of machine had chain and sprocket guard with approximately 5" diameter hole in it which was approximately 4" from ingoing nip point. Bottom of guard had approximately a 3" gap in it which was approximately 6" from ingoing nip point. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
