29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)[C]: The building and/or facility owner did not notify all employers of employees who will be performing work within or adjacent to areas containing asbestos of the presence, location and quantity of ACM or PACM. Notification was not in writing nor did it consist of personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representative: a) On or about September 1, 2011, employees of PTL Services performed Class III asbestos work that included cutting asbestos wall texturing without adequate control methods. The facility owner, Riverstone Residential, did not ensure that PTL Services was aware of the presence and location of asbestos containing material.
