This material contained a hazardous chemical (Diphenylmethane 4,4'-diisocyanate aka MDI).    There is no abatement certication or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    (a)  On or about August 30, 2011, the employer had emplyees use Suprasec 2543 which contains Diphenylmethane 4,4' - diisocyanate.  The employer did not train the employees on the hazards assocaited with this chemical.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accodance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
