29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more   above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest   systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of CFR 1926.502(k)   developed and implemented.                                                                                                             a) Jobsite:  On August 30, 2011, and times prior thereto, three employees were working on a steep roof, seven in twelve inches pitch without a guardrail system, safety net system or being hooked up to the existing personal fall arrest system.        Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
