29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b)  Note:  If using these systems was infeasible or created a greater hazard, the employer should develop and implement a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502:    a) North East corner and West roof area:  On June 15, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were working on a 7 inches in 12 inches pitch roof without a guard rail system, safety net system, or being hooked up to an existing fall arrest system.    Alpha Roofing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) that was contained  in OSHA Inspection #98254 Citation # 1 Item 1, issued on September 30, 2011; Final Order date of October 27, 2011 and with respect to the work site at 4319 Maesaia Way, Meridian, Idaho.         Note: Abatement Certification and Documention are required for this item
