29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): \\r\\n\\r\\nThe employer did not certify that the periodic inspections have been performed. The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection.\\r\\n\\r\\nThe employer did not certify that periodic (at least annual) inspections of the lockout/tagout procedures were conducted, including a review with each authorized employee of their responsibilities under the procedures.\\r\\n\\r\\nAbatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.
