29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, and/or personal fall arrest system:    a)  Employees were working at the northeast corner of a building on a low slope roof with an eave edge greater than twenty-five (25) feet above a concrete surface without utilizing fall protection equipment.    b)  Employees were working in the center area of a building on a low slope roof with its eave edge above a steep pitched roof with an eave edge greater than twenty-five (25) feet above a pavement surface without utilizing fall protection equipment.    No Abatement Certification or Abatement Documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1):     The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.      Employer did not provide written fall protection training for employees who did not recognize the fall from elevation hazard while performing roofing work at a height greater than twenty-five (25) feet above a pavement surface without utilizing fall protection equipment.    Abatement Certification or Abatement Documentation required
