WAL-MART WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VOOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315178053 CITATION 2, ITEM 1, ISSUED JANUARY 19, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4975 TRANSIT ROAD IN LANCASTER, NEW YORK.
