Buckholz Wall Systems, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its Equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b((1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 310480512, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 05, 2007, with respect to a workplace located at 99 E. Cooke Street, Columbus, Oh  43214.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):     Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrailsystems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews.      At the site where stucco preparation such as, but not limited to lath (screen) work was being accomplished from a tubular welded scaffold, guardrails were not installed on the ends and back sections of the scaffold, thereby exposing employee(s) to an approximate 21 foot fall hazard.
