29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the frontuprights and the guardrail supports as follows: At the site where stucco work preparation such as, but not limited to lath installation, was being accomplish from tubular welded scaffolding, the third level of the scaffold at the West wall was not fully plank, thereby exposing employee(s) to an approximate 21 foot fall hazard. Buckholz Wall Systems, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its Equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b((1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 310480512, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 05, 2007, with respect to a workplace located at 99 E. Cooke Street, Columbus, Oh 43214.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrailsystems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. At the site where stucco preparation such as, but not limited to lath (screen) work was being accomplished from a tubular welded scaffold, guardrails were not installed on the ends and back sections of the scaffold, thereby exposing employee(s) to an approximate 21 foot fall hazard. Buckholz Wall Systems, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its Equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 310480512, Citation Number 1, Item Number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 05, 2007, with respect to a workplace located at 99 E. Cooke Street, Columbus, Oh 43214.
