29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)(i):     Each platform unit (e.g., scaffold plank, fabricated plank, fabricated deck, or fabricated platform) was not installed so that the space between adjacent units and the space between the platform and the uprights were no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide, except where the employer can demonstrate that a wider space is necessary.        The 2X10 scaffold planks on the working level had gaps greater than one inch along the length and width of the scaffold.

29 CFR 1926.706(a)(5):     The limited access zone shall remain in place until the wall is adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse unless the height of wall is over eight feet, in which case, the limited access zone shall remain in place until the requirements of paragraph (b) of this section have been met.    A limited access zone was not established or maintained on the interior of the building for the side and back walls being built.

29 CFR 1926.706(b): \r\n\r\nMasonry walls over eight feet in height were not adequately braced to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent supporting elements of the structure were in place:\r\n(a)(LOCATIONS)(SPECIFY HEIGHT AND LENGTH OF WALL)(DESCRIBE ANY BRACING BEING USED AND WHY IT WAS NOT ADEQUATE)\r\n\r\nThe inside of the south wall was not braced at all, and the other bracing was placed on approximately 14\' centers and anchored to the class C soil with 3/4\" steel form pins.  The wall was approximately 17\' high and 70\' long.\r\n
