29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:\r\n\r\na) Jobsite: On September 6, 2011 employees perfomed framing activities which included final setting of trusses and cutting truss tails from the exterior top plates without a fall protection system in place. \r\n\r\nb) Jobsite: On September 6, 2011 employees perfomed framing activities which included final setting of trusses and cutting truss tails from the exterior top plates without being attached to the fall protection that was in place. \r\n\r\nNote) Abatement certification IS required for this item. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
