29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii):     Class I liquids shall not be dispensed into containers unless the nozzle and container are electrically interconnected. Where the metallic floorplate on which the container stands while filling is electrically connected to the fill stem or where the fill stem is bonded to the container during filling operations by means of a bond wire, the provisions of this section shall be deemed to have been complied with.    An isopropyl alcohol container with a dispensing nozzle was not grounded in the flammable liquids cabinet in which it was being stored.    Abatement certification required per 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(H):     Employer did not train employees who work in closed environments and other areas where insufficient ventilation or poor vehicle maintenance could cause a buildup of carbon monoxide or diesel exhaust.    Employees exposed to carbon monoxide while working in an enclosed environment with forklifts were not trained on carbon monoxide hazards.    Abatement certification required per 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

A paper jogger on the production floor was missing the ground prong while in use at the facility.    Abatement certification required per 29 CFR 1903.19(c)
