29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Escanuela Construction @ 1156 Paschal, Louisville, CO 80027: On and before August 13th, 2011, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees engaged in framing activities on a 10-in-12 pitch roof on a single-story home, were utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet.
