29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i):     Vertical and inclined belts shall be enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs(m) and (o) of this section.    a) Guarding was not provided on the motor drive belt for the Box fan in the office storage area exposing employees to pinch points.  b) Guarding was not provided on the motor drive belt for the Seed mixer exposing employees to pinch points.  c) Guarding was not provided on the motor drive belt for the Roller Mill exposing employees to pinch points.  d) Guarding was not provided on the motor drive belt for the Big Bagger exposing employees to pinch points.  e) Guarding was not provided on the motor drive belt on the Horse Bagger exposing employees to pinch points.  f)  Guarding was not provided on the motor drive belt on the Molasses tank exposing employees to pinch points.  g) Guarding was not provided on the motor drive belt on the Corn Cleaner exposing employees to pinch points.  h) Guarding was not provided on the motor drive belt on the Hammer Mill exposing employees to pinch points.  i)  Guarding was not provided on the motor drive belt on the Grain side basement expoing employees to pinch points.

29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2)(i):     All exposed parts of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform,excepting runways used exclusively for oiling, or running adjustments, shall be protected by a stationary casing enclosing shafting completely or by atrough enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting as location requires.      a) Feed mixer conveyer shaft was not guarded to prevent employees exposure to rotating parts.  b) Horse bagger conveyer shaft was not guarded to prevent employees exposure to rotating parts.
