29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1)(iii): Prompt clean-up and disposal of wastes and debris contaminated with asbestos in leak-tight containers except in roofing operations, where the procedures specified in paragraph (g)(8)(ii) of this section apply. a. On or about August 31, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite, employees and subcontractor employees were working near material containing 20%-98% chrysotile asbestos which had not been promptly cleaned up and disposed of. The employees and subcontractor employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with asbestos. b. On or about September 9, 2011, at the above addressed jobsite, employees and subcontractor employees were working near material containing 20%-98% chrysotile asbestos which had not been promptly cleaned up and disposed of. The employees and subcontractor employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with asbestos.
