29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) An employee was working on a scaffold without an adequate fall protection system at 2836 Fifth Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota. Note: Score Brothers was previously cited twice for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) which were contained in OSHA Inspection 311870752, Citation 2, Item 1, affirmed as a final order on May 30, 2008, with respect to a work site located at 52nd Avenue South and Bishops Boulevard in Fargo, North Dakota; and in Inspection 312401276, Citation 1, Item 1, affirmed as a final order on December 15, 2008, with respect to a work site located at 1970 Burlington Drive in Fargo, North Dakota.
