29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet(1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Flores, Luis at 6909 Sedgwick Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On or before September 10, 2011, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when tearing off shingles from this residential roof with a 6 in 12 pitch. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 9 feet 3 inches. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
