29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Marin, Eli dba Stone Roofing at 536 Idalia Ct., Fort Collins, CO 80525: On or before September 10, 2011, the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns. Condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed, "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
