29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered inudstrial truck safety, as demonstrated by the successful completion of a training program and an evaluation as specified in paragraph (l): All forklift drivers were not trained and evaluated to determine their competence in operating a forklift truck every 3 years. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
