29 CFR 1910.134(i)(7): The employer did not ensure that the oil lubricated compressor used to supply breathing air had a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarm(s) or both:    (a) Amen Oilfield Services, Inc @ 23295 US Hwy 85, La Salle, CO 80645: On and before 9/14/11, the employer did not ensure that the Gast ambient air pump, which was used as part of a supplied air respiratory protection system, was equipped with a high temperature or carbon monoxide alarm. Employees use the supplied air system when entering tanks to conduct pressure cleaning activities. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards.

Employees wore Survivair full-face, tight-fitting, supplied air respirators prior to entering permit required confined spaces to conduct cleaning activities. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards.
