29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b): a) On or about September 16, 2011, employees were exposed to falls in excess of 6 ft while performing roofing work without fall protection. L. Urbina Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection 314659921 Citation 1, Item 2, issued on October 19, 2010 and became a final order on October 29, 2010 with respect to a worksite located at 9786 Kalispell St., Commerce City CO 80220.
