29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet(1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Beltran, Alejandro at 502 Jansen Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On or before September 10, 2011, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when tearing off shingles from this two-story residential roof with a 5 in 12 pitch. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 20 feet. Abatement note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
