29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) Jobsite: On September 16, 2011 and times prior thereto employees performed framing activities including setting trusses from the exterior top plate, with out a fall protection system in place.      Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee had been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of guardrail systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used:     a) Jobsite: On September 16, 2011 and times prior thereto employees and the responsible person on site, did not acknowledge the fall hazards when performing framing activities which included setting trusses from the exterior top plate, and take the appropriate actions to eliminate or minimize the hazards.    Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
