Mail Room Break Area, where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to appliances including, refrigerator and the toaster. 2. Mail Room Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Blizzard fan. 3. Suite 200 Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Espresso coffee maker. The Federal Aviation Administration North West Mountain Region was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309091635, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on May 15, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
