29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):     Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.        a)	Compressor room, north and east wall: On or about 29 AUG 11, electrical extension cord (red) originated from the panel box, hangs and runs along the walls to the east cooling fan. The cord was also used as a substitute for fixed wiring exposing employees to contact electricity and shock hazards.
