29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Mendocino National Forest Willows Fire Warehouse Davis Fire Crew Workout Area - On August 30, 2011 and at times prior thereto, the fire extinguisher located in Davis Fire Crew workout area was blocked from ready access by an HP box, weight scale, and an electrical cord and cover. b) Mendocino National Forest Willows Fire Warehouse General Warehouse Area - On August 30, 2011 and at times prior thereto, the fire extinguisher located in the General Warehouse adjacent to the file cabinet and document/specimen drawers was blocked from ready access by a large trunk.
