Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Lasko fan.    3. Navy and Marine Office, where a Herman Miller relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a SL Waber relocatable power tap and used to supply power to computer equipment.    4. Conference Room, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the D offee maker and the Chefmate refrigerator.     The Federal Aviation Administration North West Mountain Region was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309091635, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on May 15, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
