Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Dura Craft floor heater. 2. Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Honeywell floor heater. 3. Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the De Longi floor heater. 4. Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Patton floor heater. 5. Office, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Kenmore refrigerator. The Federal Aviation Administration North West Mountain Region was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309091635, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on May 15, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
