Cubicle, where two APC surge protector relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to the computer equipment and appliances including the Pelonis fan. (Corrected)    3.  Cubicle, where two APC surge protector relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to the computer equipment and appliances including the Orbit fan.     The Federal Aviation Administration North West Mountain Region was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309091635, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on May 15, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
