29 CFR 1910.302(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Western Information Technology Operations, where electrical equipment not used as listed or labeled included: 1. Break Area, where a Curtis relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Sharp Carousel microwave oven, the Black and Decker Toast-R-Oven, and the Compaq refrigerator. 2. Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Keurig coffee maker and the SMC fan. 3. Cubicle, where a Belkin relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Mr. Coffee maker and the Mr. Coffee grinder. 4. Cubicle, where two daisy chained APC surge protector relocatable power taps were daisy chained with an Ativa relocatable power tap and used to supply power to appliances including the water kettle. 5. Cubicle, where an APC surge protector relocatable power tap was daisy chained with an extension cord and used to supply power to chargers, and a Belkin relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Proctor Silex water kettle, and the Lasko fan. The Federal Aviation Administration North West Mountain Region was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309091635, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on May 15, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
