29 CFR 1910.302(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) In the Transport Airplane Directorate Suite 550 and the Transport Standard Office Suite 210, where electrical equipment not used as listed or labeled included:    1. Suite 550 cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Haier refrigerator.    2. Suite 550 cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Hamilton Beach water kettle and the BroAir fan.    3. Suite 550 cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Gevalia coffee maker. (item corrected)    4. Suite 550 cubicle, where a Belkin relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Haier refrigerator.    5. Suite 550 cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the mini grey refrigerator.    6. Suite 550 cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the XJ Surround Air Purifier.    7. The Federal Aviation Administration North West Mountain Region was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309091635, citation no. 2, item no. 2, issued on May 15, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Renton, WA.
